HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

1.Sign in to your ZAPAKA account to find “My RMA” or Click ‘START A RETURN' directly

2.Click “Request New Return” and choose the order to initiate a return.

3.Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, condition, resolution, and submit.

4.Print the return label* and securely tape it on the outside of your return package and enclose your RMA in your return package.

5.Arrange your return package with your local post office and we will process your returns as soon as we recieved the return.

* Please note that the pre-paid return label is only offered to 1st return on orders shipped in USA. For all other returns, customers need to pay for the cost of shipment.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

1. All return request must be made with 45 Days your package has been delivered.

2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items On Clearance, ②Silk Underwear, ③Customized Items, ④Monogrammed Items.

3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4.Please print out the RMA packing slip and enclose it in the return package, or any delayed we will be out of responsility.You can also click here to Download the Return & Exchange form

How do I initiate a return?

We make it easy! Initiate your return or exchange here. (P.S. returns and exchanges are free for 1st order shipped in USA!)

All returned suits must be received within 45 days of the delivery date in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Please note that all clerance, silk underwear, customised items and monogrammed purchases are considered final sale and not eligible for returned and exchanged.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Shipping is free on your 1st return. ZAPAKA will provide you with a prepaid return label for free. And you need to postmarked and return the package within 45 days from the purchase date.

After you have already enjoyed the free return once, you will be responsible for the return postage for the additional returns, and you are suggested to choose the economical way to return. But a refund for the return postage will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

If you received incorrect, damaged or faulty goods, please send us an email and attach clear photos of the items that verify a quality issue first. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortuently, we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. To cancel your orders that have not been shipped out, please contact our customer service team via service@zapaka.com

When will I be refunded?

1. Please kindly noted that the refund for the item will be based on the actual price you paid to us. The actual price will be affected by the discount or promotion, coupon code, ZAPAKA points and so on you have applied at the time when you purchased.

2. For a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of your item(s) or in the form of online credit.Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

3. If the value of the remaining products of your order is less than $50, a $10 shipping postage will have to be deducted from the refund of the returned items.

When will the exchanged items be shipped out?

For exchange, the new items will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item(s). And for the estimated shipping time, please refer to the shipping time for the normal orders.

I need to return or exchange, but it's been over 45 days. What should I do?

If your return or exchange is overdue, please contact service@zapaka.com for help.

Where can I return?

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
